What drinks can or cannot NitroBrew used for? This is where the Kettle System shines. You can virtually nitrobrew any drinks such as coffee. tea. juice, beer & even cocktail. Any drinks that gives foam when you shake it will be a good choice. The only drinks that are not recommended with NitroBrew are heavy pulps and very thick milks or syrups which might clog the dispensor. You can put those ingredients inside the glass before nitrobrew the rest of the drink and dispense onto the glass (it might give your drink a bonus layered look).
-
What type of beers are best suited for NitroBrew? It depends on personal preferences but most beers are suitable with NitroBrew. Most popular are Stouts, Porters and IPAs. Note that very light beers might not be able to hold nitrogen well. Since the Kettle System has no consumables, you may experiment as much as you want and see which suits you the best.
-
Is it necessary to shake after you charge? It is important to shake the kettle throughly in order to for the nitrogen dispersed evenly with your desired beverage.
-
Why there is excess foam in my beer and what can I do?When NitroBrewing beer, there are many factors and complex elements comes into play. Commonly due to insufficient mixing or shaking that cause the carbonation adjustment function to fail. It may sound counter-intuitive, a longer duration of mixing & shaking often will solve the problem. You may also try lower down the psi level to around 35 psi.
-
What is the best way to dispense the drink? The correct way is to tip the kettle upside-down over the drinking glass. Gently press on the nozzle to start the dispense process and control the pouring speed. Anticipate that towards the end, a shot of gas might shoot out.
-
How to clean the kettle?Vent out the residual pressure completely before removing the lid. Lock the push-button in the open position and rinse the lid and the kettle. This will allow the valve mechanism to rise throughly. You can even occasionally NitroBrew some tap water.
-
Do I need to send for service? If you clean the system properly after each use, very little maintenance is really necessary. Just contact technical support if you feel something is not working right. Never attempt to take apart the valve assembly yourself.
-
Why can’t I open the lid sometimes? Our safety mechanism prevents the lid from opening the when the kettle is charged under pressure. You should always vent the kettle before attempting to open the lid.
-
Why doesn’t the lid seal sometimes? The large gasket in the assembly forms the seal between the lid and the kettle. Designed with very precise tolerances, it sometimes tends to compress due to top loads during storage or transportation. A slight compressed gasket may not seal consistently. This can be fixed with ease, just apply a slight downward pressure on the lid when charging, this will allow the pressure to push it outwards and seal positively. You shouldn’t find the need to always do this.
-

Therefore warranty will not cover for it. Any issues may result in engaging with our supplier and we will make every effort to address any issue that may arise with the compressor.
