Order, Shipping & Handling

ORDER, PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

 

At NitroBrew Malaysia ("us", "we" or "our"), we want to offer you the best experience as possible, and so we provide this guide to inform you of our policies and procedures regarding our order and payment process in order to reduce confusion between NitroBrew Malaysia and you, through the Sites that are managed by us or our affiliates and services that NitroBrew Malaysia offers.

 

 

 

ORDER PROCESS; GUIDE

 

There are few ways to order from us, explained below:

 

1) Simply go to our ‘Contact’ section and fill up the form.

 

2) Through our Facebook or Instagram Page. Simply message us the product or item you which to inquire and purchase and we will reply you shortly.

 

3) Alternatively you can order from us through Whatsapp. The button can be located at ‘Contact’ & ‘Products’ page.

 

Please provide us with your full name, contact number, email address, product name or model & and delivery address to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with you.

 

After we have receive your order information, we will send you an order confirmation along with shipping rates and payment instructions within 24 hours. Orders submitted after 5.00 p.m (Monday - Friday), will be processed during the following business day.

 

Note that our stocks are subjected to availability. If there is no stock available, a pre-order method will be applicable for you, which you need to pay a 30% non-refundable deposit.

 

 

 

QUOTATION

 

Price stated in the quotation form only valid for a period of 7 days after it was sent to you. If we receive no reply or agreement from you in the following period of 7 days which the quotation was sent, it will be voided and you will need to request a new quotation from us.

PAYMENT PROCESS

 

We currently receive payment for the methods below:

 

ONLINE-TRANSACTION / ONLINE BANKING:

 

This is the preferred method for payment. We will provide you with payment instructions after you have make your order from us.

 

CASH DEPOSIT:

 

This method is acceptable as well. We do not recommend this method for safety reasons, unless its done over the counter (OTC) via Bank.

 

PRE-ORDERS:

 

An upfront of 30% non-refundable deposit on item or product price is required for all pre-orders.

 

Order confirmation and approved payment are not exchangeable, returnable and/or refundable.

 

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

 

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be ship within 36 hours, provided payment has been approved to qualify. We will send you a shipping confirmation shortly after your order has been shipped.

 

If an order is delayed and not shipped to you by the end of the business week (Friday), it will be shipped the following Monday or the first business day.

 

Your full name, contact number, email address and delivery address that you provide us must be accurate to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any incorrect information that you provided us during the order phase.

 

Shipping rates are calculated based on the dimension, weight, destination of the order and insurance. Therefore you need to provide an accurate item or product and shipping address in order to correctly estimate the shipping fee.

 

Orders usually arrive within 7 business days (depends on your location) after it has been ship to you. If you have not receive your order after 7 business days, we recommend you check your shipping status with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order or contact us if they're unable to find it.

 

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

All NitroBrew items that are covered by a 90 days warranty. If you find it’s faulty or not working properly. You can return to us for an inspection or replacement. To be eligible or valid of returning, you must first inform us via e-mail nitrobrewmy@gmail.com or WhatsApp within the warranty period, and we will provide you with returns instructions. You must return the product in original condition. Please note that, any damages during shipping and fees occurred for returns will not bare by NitroBrew Malaysia.

 

 

 

DAMAGE/LOST PARCEL

 

All of our products are quality checked for damages or defects before shipping out to our customers. However, we have no control over the packages once it has left our site.

 

In the event your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, NitroBrew reserves the rights to withhold any amount spent on your original order and shipping costs.
